Our 2022 fall wedding season started just a few days before fall officially began with Ali and Connor’s wedding at Lantern Lodge located in Blairsville, Georgia. Ali and Connor hold a special place for the North Georgia mountains in their hearts and as we got to know Ali and Connor in the months leading up to their wedding, we learned just how deep their love for North Georgia was. Living in Florida they both enjoyed vacations here with their families and a love for hiking is also how they met when they joined a hiking club while in school. So when choosing a wedding location they couldn’t think of anywhere better than North Georgia! They gathered with close family and friends for an intimate mid-September wedding weekend at Lantern Lodge where we’re sure the views did not disappoint! With large windows across the front of the lodge and the porches on every level, there’s barely a place where you can’t see the mountain views. We can’t think of a better way to end a weekend of soaking up the views from the lodge than with a wedding and the people you love. Ali and Connor’s wedding weekend came to a close on a beautiful Sunday afternoon as they said I do with the mountains behind them and family and friends by their sides. Following the ceremony guests enjoyed dinner, cake and dancing on the patio and as the sun began to sink behind the mountains we were all treated to the most gorgeous sunset! It was breath taking and the perfect ending to this sweet day!
