On a beautiful September day, with warm sunshine streaming down through the trees, Ashley and Matthew said I do with family and friends gathered around them at Enotah Valley, located in Blairsville, Georgia. There is such a serene beauty to Enotah Valley, unlike any other venue we’ve been too maybe it’s the sound of the water rippling through the creek that flows across the grounds, or being completely surrounded by nature but there is a peaceful beauty that overflows here and makes you feel at home upon arrival and made us never want to leave!

We had the sweetest time celebrating with Ashley and Matthew at Enotah Valley. We loved how Ashley wanted to take time on her special day to carve time out for special moments and memories with the ones she loves. Whether it was spending a few quiet moments with her mom as she got ready or the laughs and chatter going on during hair and makeup with her girls or the teary-eyed moments of first looks and letter exchanges with her father and step-father, she filled her day with memory-making moments.

The sweetness didn’t stop there either, Ashley and Matthew chose to exchange letters between one of the giant trees at Enotah Valley, just moments before their first look! When it came time for the ceremony, Ashley arrived at the ceremony site in one of Enotah Valley’s vintage cars. As the ceremony ended the thunder began to rumble and the rain started just as we made our way into the reception. Where guests enjoyed eating and dancing for the rest of the day away and we snuck out with the newlyweds to play in the rain! We may have all gotten a little soaked, but we’re so glad these two didn’t mind the rain one bit! We headed back in for cake and more dancing before the new Mr. and Mrs. were sent off in a rainy sparkler celebration!
