In early January we met Beth and James for the first time in Dahlonega, Georgia for a winter session. Beth had contacted us a few months ago about doing a session for her and James in January when they would be coming down from Charleston, South Carolina to Dahlonega for a little weekend getaway.  When the week of their session arrived the weather forecast was not in our favor at all… with 100% chance of rain showing up on the forecast. We watched the weather all week long with no change in site… we talked with Beth as they headed our way the rain percentage dropped just at session time to a 30 or 40% chance so we decided to just go with it. It rained all day that day and even rained on our drive to Dahlonega but just a few minutes before our session start time the rain slowed to a drizzle and then stopped completely just in time for the shoot. Yay! We made the best of a rainy, dreary day and we’re so glad Beth and James were willing to make the best of it with us!
